A well organised and functional workshop space, equipped with the tooling and equipment to deal with the many challenges & projects that customers present to me. Below is a small selection of the tooling and machinery capacities of my business.

Drilling: - Radial arm drill press - up to 32mm.

Turning - upto 750mm centres / 250mm swing.

Cutting - 200mm x 200mm manual feed bandsaw / chopsaws.

Magnetic Broaching up to 100mm

Plasma cutting up to 15mm.

Grinding and oxygen flame cutting.

Drilling of Hardox plate upto 500br.

Welding plant - MIG / MAG 300 amps / MMA plant upto 200 amps.

Mobile equipment / generators for site works.

Paint spray facilities.

Forklift 2 tonne .

Materials stock - I always keep a reasonable stock of raw materials ready for those quick response requests.
